Krabi Huay Tho Waterfalls And Tiger Temple Hiking Full Day
Discover the perfect blend of nature, culture, and adventure on this unforgettable Krabi full-day PRIVATE hiking tour. Join Phuket Travel Store for an authentic journey through Panom Bencha National Park, where you’ll explore the famous Huay Tho Waterfalls, visit the sacred Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Suea), and unwind in a soothing natural hot spring. This private experience combines scenic trekking, local culture, and total relaxation — ideal for travelers seeking to connect with Thailand’s wild beauty.
Morning Pick-Up and Drive to Panom Bencha National Park
Your adventure begins between 08:30 and 08:45 a.m. with a convenient pick-up from your hotel in Krabi. Travel in comfort by private minivan to the lush surroundings of Panom Bencha National Park, one of southern Thailand’s most beautiful and lesser-known protected areas. The journey itself is scenic, passing rural villages, rubber plantations, and limestone mountains that make Krabi so iconic.
Upon arrival, your friendly English-speaking guide will brief you about the day’s route and share stories about the park’s wildlife and cultural history. This area is home to hornbills, lizards, butterflies, and tropical plants that thrive in the humid rainforest environment.

Huay Tho Waterfalls – A Hidden Gem in Krabi’s Jungle
The first highlight of the day is the Huay Tho Waterfalls, a breathtaking multi-tier cascade hidden deep within the national park. Originating from the stream flowing down from Khao Phanom Bencha Mountain, this 11-level waterfall creates a serene oasis surrounded by lush jungle and birdsong.
Follow your guide along the forest trail, where you can explore each level and discover the natural rock pools perfect for cooling off. Some tiers are ideal for swimming, while others provide peaceful viewpoints overlooking the forest canopy. During the cool season (November to February), the water flow is strongest, making it the best time to visit Krabi waterfalls.
If you’re a nature lover or photographer, this part of the tour offers countless opportunities to capture the pure essence of Krabi’s tropical wilderness.

Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Suea) – Krabi’s Sacred Landmark
After exploring the waterfalls, continue your journey to the famous Tiger Cave Temple, one of the most iconic spiritual sites in Krabi. This sacred temple complex is known for its impressive limestone caves, towering staircases, and the golden Buddha that watches over Krabi from above.
As you arrive, your guide will explain the story behind the temple’s name — a tiger once lived in the cave, leaving paw-shaped impressions in the stone. Today, it’s a major Buddhist meditation center surrounded by serene forest, giant trees, and limestone cliffs.
If you’re up for the challenge, you can climb 1,237 steps to the mountaintop pagoda. The hike is steep but rewarding, offering 360-degree panoramic views of Krabi town, Khao Kanab Nam, and the surrounding limestone mountains. The atmosphere is spiritual and peaceful — a perfect moment for meditation, reflection, and taking stunning photos of the Andaman landscape.

Lunch at a Local Thai Restaurant
Following your temple visit, enjoy a traditional Thai set lunch at a local restaurant. Indulge in authentic southern Thai dishes prepared with fresh local ingredients — the perfect reward after your morning adventures.
Afternoon Relaxation at the Hot Spring
In the afternoon, your tour continues with a visit to one of Krabi’s natural hot springs, where the warm mineral water ranges from 39°C to 49°C. Immerse yourself in the healing pools surrounded by jungle greenery and feel your muscles relax after an active morning. After your hot soak, take a refreshing cold-water dip in the nearby swimming area for a perfect end to your day.
This final stop provides balance — combining the thrill of hiking and exploration with a moment of tranquility and rejuvenation before
heading back to your hotel.

Customer Testimonials
Ayutthaya
We would like to thank the Phuket Travel Store, especially Sunee for organizing some of our tours in Thailand. The team was really professional and we always had quick replies to our queries. We visited the Palais Royal de Bang Pa-In, in Ayutthaya the Wat Maha That and had a boat tour back to Bangkok with lunch. Our guide was kind and knowledgeable, we had a great day. Everything went well apart from the French guide not being available resulting in last minute changes and the boat/van not being completely wheelchair adapted. With help it was possible. I suggested either a car with a big booth for manual wheelchair users or a van with wheelchair ramp. Thank you for improving accessibility.
Fantastic experience
Fantastic to deal with. We had a great time on all the tours. Very well organised and best informative and responsive
Catamaran trip to Similan Islands
I booked the Similan Islands tour to do on my birthday whilst on holiday in Phuket. The booking was well managed with all my questions answered quickly and my booking confirmed easily. It was a brilliant day and very well organised.
