• Health & Safety Requirements Riders must be in good physical and mental condition. Participation is not allowed under the influence of alcohol or drugs, during pregnancy, or if you have any physical health conditions that may affect your ability to ride safely.
• Age Restrictions & Supervision Children under 16 years old must be supervised at all times by a parent, guardian, and the tour guide or instructor. They are not permitted to ride alone.
• Passengers & Waiver Riding with a passenger is subject to the tour operator’s approval. All participants must sign a waiver form and use protective gear such as helmets and gloves.
• Tour Conduct & Safety Compliance All riders must strictly follow the instructions of the tour guide or instructor during the entire tour. The tour operator reserves the right to stop any unsafe riding or inappropriate behavior without refund.
• Transfer & Private Service Non-riding escorts are welcome and can join the tour with transfer arrangements. Private round-trip transfers and private tours are available upon request.
• Weather Conditions All ATV programs are designed for operation in both sunny and rainy conditions. If you are not comfortable with rain or getting wet and muddy, please consider this before booking.
• Booking & Cancellation Policy Due to limited space, reservations are confirmed only after full payment at least two days in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the tour. Postponements are allowed one time only and must be requested at least three hours prior to pick-up.
• Insurance & Liability Accidental insurance is provided only for riders and passengers and does not cover incidents resulting from risky or reckless riding. Damages to ATVs caused by careless or rule-breaking behavior will be the responsibility of the participant. There is no insurance coverage for the vehicles themselves.
