Street Food Tour Phuket Town – A Dream for Street Food Lovers

If you love street food, colorful culture, and jaw-dropping Instagram shots, the Phuket Food Tour by Jane is your must-do experience in Phuket Old Town. This isn’t just a food tour—it’s a visual and culinary journey through one of Thailand’s most photogenic and flavor-packed neighborhoods.

Led by Jane, a passionate local guide and food lover, this small-group walking tour takes you deep into the heart of Phuket’s Old Town, where heritage shophouses, hidden alleys, and bustling markets set the stage for over 14+ tastings of authentic Southern Thai cuisine. You'll sample everything from sizzling Hokkien noodles and golden A-Pong pancakes, to rare local dishes like Oh Tao (stir-fried oyster with taro), Moo Hong (braised pork belly), and Miang Kham (leaf-wrapped flavor bombs).

For food photographers and Instagrammers, every stop is a goldmine:
📸 Snap vibrant market stalls, steaming street food carts, and century-old architecture with pastel-colored facades.
🍜 Capture close-ups of each beautifully plated dish, tropical drinks, and local desserts like shaved ice O-aew with banana jelly. 🏮 Frame candid moments of local vendors in action, monks passing by in saffron robes, and the artistic chaos of daily Thai life.

Jane’s storytelling adds cultural depth to every bite. She’ll guide you through the history of Phuket’s multicultural food scene—blending Chinese, Malay, and Thai influences—while you walk past colonial mansions and hidden temples.

This tour is designed for street food adventurers and visual storytellers. With no more than 8 guests, you’ll have time and space to explore, taste, and shoot at your own pace. Whether you're chasing bold flavors or beautiful backdrops, you’ll leave with a full belly, a memory card full of magic, and a deep appreciation for the flavors of Southern Thailand.

Tip: Bring a wide-angle lens, wear comfy shoes, and don’t eat breakfast. You’ll want to save room—and battery—for everything this tour delivers.

Know Before You Go!

This tour is not suitable for vegetarians, vegans, or guests with nut or gluten allergies due to the variety of traditional local dishes served. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and light clothing, as the tour involves walking through the streets of Phuket Old Town. A hat or umbrella is recommended for sun protection in the tropical climate. Be sure to arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes early, as the tour begins promptly and cannot wait for late arrivals. Advance booking is required, as group sizes are kept small for a more personal and enjoyable experience. Plan ahead to secure your spot and get ready for a flavorful and culturally rich food adventure.
