08:00 – 09:00 Pickup from your hotel by air-conditioned vehicle with an English-speaking guide. (Pickup time may vary depending on hotel location)
10:00 – 10:15 Arrive at Khao Sok Elephant Bathing Experience. Enjoy a meaningful encounter with elephants in their natural environment. Elephants love bathing as their skin is very sensitive, and it is common to see them cooling off in the river. Observe and interact respectfully while learning about their natural behavior.
12:00 – 12:30 Stop at Khao Sok Scenic Viewpoint for a panoramic view of Khao Sok National Park, followed by a visit to Monkey Cave Temple, an important local cultural site surrounded by limestone cliffs and jungle scenery.
13:30 Lunch at Khao Sok Discovery Restaurant, serving freshly prepared Thai cuisine.
14:30 – 16:30 Canoeing on the Sok River. Relax on a smooth, scenic paddle guided by an experienced local paddler. 09:00 – 09:30 Arrive at the pier and board a longtail boat. Cruise across the turquoise waters of Cheow Lan Lake, surrounded by dramatic limestone cliffs and rainforest scenery.
Continue with a short jungle walk, where you may encounter tropical plants, flowers, butterflies, birds, squirrels, and other wildlife. Reach 500 Rai Lake, then board a bamboo raft to cross the lake to Pakarang Cave (Coral Cave).
Explore the cave for approximately 30 minutes. The stalagmites resemble coral formations, giving the cave its name. Easy access for children, but please take care as the cave floor can be slippery.
12:30 – 13:30 Enjoy a Thai set menu lunch at a floating restaurant on Cheow Lan Lake. After lunch, free time for swimming or self-paddle canoeing (subject to availability).

We booked x2 transfers and the hong by starlight tour a few months before our holiday. A full day out with absolutely stunning scenery, we were allocated a private guide per x2 passengers who were so friendly and informative, taking photos and pointing out wildlife when out on the canoes. The food onboard was the best we have ever had on a boat trip, the coconut milk pudding with rainbow tapioca balls was deemed the best dessert ever by the kids! Making the kratong and floating it at sunset was a beautiful event and the lit up bioluminence after dark in the caves was again a memory we will all trwasuee forever. If you're going to book one trip, make it the John Gray Canoes - you wont regret it!

We visited the Palais Royal de Bang Pa-In, in Ayutthaya the Wat Maha That and had a boat tour back to Bangkok with lunch. Our guide was kind and knowledgeable, we had a great day. Everything went well apart from the French guide not being available resulting in last minute changes and the boat/van not being completely wheelchair adapted. With help it was possible. I suggested either a car with a big booth for manual wheelchair users or a van with wheelchair ramp. Thank you for improving accessibility.
Wir wollten zu Zweit relativ kurzfristig einen Ausflug von Khao Lak zu den Similan Islands buchen. Dies privat. Es wurden alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt, dass wir 3 Tage später diesen wunderbaren Ausflug machen konnten. Dies war unter den gegebenen Umständen nicht einfach, da Peak Season war und es fast keine Boote mehr hatte, welche gebucht werden konnten. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentin Apple war perfekt. Wir waren immer auf dem neusten Stand. Anpassungen, welche wir noch vorgenommen haben, wurden immer sofort gemacht. Der Ausflug selbst war extrem gut organisiert.
