Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis – absolut empfehlenswert! Der Besuch im Phuket Elephant Sanctuary war einer der schönsten Momente unserer Thailand-Reise. Es war beeindruckend zu sehen, wie liebevoll und respektvoll hier mit den geretteten Elefanten umgegangen wird. Wir durften die Elefanten füttern, beobachten, wie sie frei im Dschungel leben, und sie sogar beim Baden begleiten – alles ohne Zwang oder Show. Die Guides waren sehr freundlich und haben uns viel über die Lebensgeschichten und den Schutz der Tiere erzählt. Das Gelände ist wunderschön gelegen, ruhig und mitten in der Natur. Außerdem gab es ein leckeres thailändisches Mittagessen mit frischen Früchten. Wenn man nachhaltigen und ethischen Tourismus unterstützen möchte, ist das der richtige Ort. Wir können das Sanctuary zu 100 % weiterempfehlen!
